The 10" × 44" Natural Mineral Tank provides a corrosion-resistant vessel for residential and light-commercial water-softening, filtration, neutralization, and ion-exchange systems. Its 10-inch-diameter profile offers useful media volume while maintaining a relatively compact footprint for equipment rooms, residential installations, and OEM water-treatment assemblies.
A standard 2.5-inch top opening accommodates an appropriately matched water-treatment control valve or adapter. The tank can be integrated with compatible riser tubes, internal distributors, seals, valves, and plumbing components.
The vessel’s composite FRP construction delivers structural strength without the corrosion concerns associated with conventional metal tanks. Its natural off-white finish provides a clean, professional appearance for residential, commercial, OEM, and private-label water-treatment systems.
An included support base helps keep the tank stable in its required vertical position. Depending on the system design, the vessel may be used with ion-exchange resin, activated carbon, catalytic carbon, calcite, neutralizing media, and other compatible treatment materials.
Media loading must be calculated according to the selected media, required bed depth, freeboard, backwash expansion, service-flow requirements, and control-valve capacity. Total vessel volume should not be presented as usable media capacity.
