The 2/2-Way Stainless-Steel Solenoid Valve provides electrically operated on-and-off flow control for compatible commercial and industrial fluid systems. This configuration combines a large 2-inch DN50 connection size, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel construction, a low-voltage 24V DC solenoid coil, and normally closed operation.
When its coil is de-energized, the valve remains closed to help stop fluid flow. Applying the specified 24V DC electrical supply energizes the solenoid and opens the valve, subject to its required flow direction and operating-pressure conditions. This fail-closed function supports automatic shutoff, tank filling, system isolation, equipment protection, and process-control applications.
The low-voltage DC coil can be integrated into a properly engineered automation system using a compatible regulated power supply, relay, timer, level switch, pressure switch, leak-detection device, control panel, or programmable controller.
The large 2-inch DN50 configuration supports piping systems requiring substantial flow capacity. Its stainless-steel body provides strength and corrosion resistance for approved water, air, neutral-fluid, and compatible industrial applications.
Potential uses include commercial reverse osmosis equipment, industrial water filtration, process-water systems, pretreatment assemblies, storage-tank filling, irrigation equipment, and automated water-supply systems.
Large solenoid valves are frequently diaphragm- or pilot-operated and may require minimum differential pressure. Confirm the exact operating mechanism, pressure range, wiring polarity, thread standard, seal material, power consumption, enclosure rating, and fluid compatibility before installation.
