The 21" × 62" Natural Mineral Tank provides substantial media volume and service flexibility for commercial and industrial water-softening, filtration, ion-exchange, and specialty media systems. Its 21-inch-diameter configuration offers a larger media bed area for equipment that requires greater treatment capacity than conventional residential mineral tanks.
Separate 4-inch top and bottom openings provide flexibility for connections and servicing. The top opening can accommodate an appropriately matched control valve or adapter, while the bottom opening supports compatible lower distributor, drain, service, or media-removal configurations.
A tripod base raises and supports the vessel while providing access beneath the tank for the bottom connection. The base must be installed and secured according to the vessel manufacturer’s anchoring, floor-loading, and installation requirements.
Composite FRP construction provides corrosion resistance and structural strength without the rust concerns associated with conventional steel vessels. The natural exterior offers a clean, professional appearance for commercial equipment rooms, OEM systems, filtration skids, and industrial pretreatment installations.
Depending on the treatment process, the tank may be configured with approximately 7 cubic feet of compatible media. Final loading depends on media density, gravel underbed, bed depth, expansion rate, freeboard, distributor design, and backwash requirements.
