The 9" × 48" Natural Mineral Tank is designed for water-softening, ion-exchange, carbon-filtration, neutralization, and specialty media systems. Its 9-inch-diameter configuration provides practical treatment-media capacity while maintaining a compact footprint for residential, light-commercial, OEM, and private-label equipment assemblies.
A standard 2.5-inch top opening provides an interface for compatible water-treatment control valves, riser tubes, adapters, and internal distributors. The exact neck-thread standard and component compatibility should be confirmed before installation.
The tank’s composite FRP construction provides resistance to corrosion and exposure to compatible water-treatment media. Its natural off-white exterior creates a clean, professional appearance and may make the vessel’s internal media level easier to inspect when sufficient ambient light passes through the tank. Actual translucency depends on the vessel’s construction, wall thickness, and installation environment.
An included support base helps stabilize the vessel in its required vertical position. The tank is suitable for compatible carbon, catalytic carbon, calcite, ion-exchange resin, and other specialty water-treatment media when loading volume, freeboard, service flow, and backwash requirements are properly calculated.
